In Nisino for 23 billion, kindergartens and a school will appear together with houses

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the parties agreed that the company will allocate 23 billion rubles for the development of Nisino, says Vice-Governor of the Leningrad Region Yevgeny Baranovsky. These plans were fixed on October 13 by the KRT Treaty.
The essence of the project is an integrated approach: in addition to housing, a new school, two kindergartens, roads and engineering infrastructure will be built in the village. On 49 hectares, ten residential buildings up to eight floors will appear.
The total area of residential premises will be up to 185 thousand squares. The school will provide 675 places, and at least 400 children will be able to study in kindergartens. The quarter will be replenished with sports and trade infrastructure, landscaped public spaces and bicycle paths.
