In Novgorod discussed support of teachers and youth projects in the field of arts
The Novgorod Regional College of Arts named after S.V. Rachmaninov hosted an annual regional seminar on the development of additional education in the field of arts. The event was attended by 60 specialists, the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Novgorod region reported.

The Novgorod Regional College of Arts named after S.V. Rachmaninov hosted an annual regional seminar on the development of additional education in the field of arts. The event was attended by 60 specialists, the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Novgorod region reported.
Heads and teachers of Children’s Art Schools (JSE), as well as representatives of cultural committees discussed how to maintain the relevance of schools and strengthen their role in revealing talents.
Special attention was paid to measures of state support of the industry. It was about the program “Zemsky cultural worker” and opportunities to receive grants from the Presidential Fund of cultural initiatives. These tools help to strengthen the material and technical base and attract qualified personnel to cultural and educational institutions.
An important part of the agenda was working with young people. The participants exchanged experience of interaction with the Alpha generation, discussed new formats for involving children through the First Movement projects, as well as measures to attract and support young teachers.
