In the Novoburassky district, an official was fired for losing trust

Consultant of the administration of the Novoburassk municipal district lost his post due to loss of trust after a corruption scandal with the allocation of land. This is reported by the prosecutor’s office of the Saratov region, which initiated a profile inspection of compliance with the legislation.

According to the supervisory authority, an employee of the property, land and urban planning division had financial obligations to a commercial firm where he worked previously. His debt under the loan agreement was 250 thousand rubles.

Being in a dependent position, the official was engaged in the execution of documents for the transfer of land plots to the organization in ownership and lease. The municipal employee hid from the leadership of the district the fact of personal interest. After consideration of the prosecutor's submission, the employment contract with a specialist was terminated for ignoring the obligation to prevent a conflict of interest.
