The decision was made to ensure the safety of residents and preserve their property. The city rescue services, the duty dispatch service, the Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities, as well as the administration of the Central District, were transferred to high readiness.

In the next ten days, specialists will conduct a detailed examination of both houses. Experts will assess the condition of the structures and determine the nature and scale of damage.

Prior to full resettlement, tenants will be provided with temporary housing from the maneuverable fund, if necessary. The management organization is instructed to monitor the condition of the load-bearing structures on a daily basis and immediately inform the city authorities of any changes.

The district administration will monitor the safety of the houses until they are demolished. The execution of the decree is under the control of the First Vice-Mayor of Novosibirsk.

Earlier, "MK in Novosibirsk" reported that the mayor Kudryavtsev announced the beginning of the heating season from September 23.
