During the inspection of road safety and improvement, the prosecutor’s office of the Oktyabrsky district revealed violations. There was no stationary lighting in Plyushima, the road surface on two streets did not meet the requirements of GOST. The condition of the roads and the absence of lights posed a threat to motorists and pedestrians, especially at night.
The Prosecutor’s office made a submission to the mayor’s office of Novosibirsk, demanding to eliminate violations. After that, in 2026, work was carried out in the microdistrict to improve the routes to educational institutions.
On the streets of Tatiana Snezhina and Vitaly Potylitsyn installed 59 lights with LED lamps and laid almost two kilometers of power lines. The equipment was connected to the networks of JSC “RES”.
In addition, the pavement on the streets of Tatiana Snezhina and Vladimir Vysotsky was repaired, eliminating the identified defects. Upgraded sites are subject to a four-year warranty.
Now the work performed is accepted by the Main Directorate of landscaping and landscaping of roads (GODD). The prosecutor’s office continues to monitor how the city authorities ensure traffic safety and maintain facilities in a regulatory state.
