According to the court, seven similar lawsuits were filed. Former employees demanded to recover from the employer from 30.5 to 42.3 thousand rubles of vacation, as well as compensation for moral damage.

From September 16 to October 2, the court ruled in absentia in five cases. In favor of the plaintiffs, compensation was sought for unused leave in the amount claimed. In addition, each was awarded from 3.5 to 5 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damage.

Two other similar cases are still pending. Extramural decisions have not entered into legal force.

Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that the court recovered from the entrepreneur 100 thousand rubles of salary debt and another 30 thousand rubles of compensation for moral damage in favor of an employee who worked without official registration.
