In the Oryol children’s center “Yolochka” revealed violations

The administration of the Governor and the government of the Orel region published the results of a planned inspection of the children’s health and educational center “Yolochka”. The audit covered 2025. During it, violations of a technical nature were revealed - they are associated with late submission of reports to the regional Department of Education.

As follows from the audit report, the first violation is the failure to submit reports on time for the third quarter of 2025. The Department of Education of the Orel region did not receive a report on expenditures due to the budget subsidy, a report on the achievement of the results of the subsidy and a report on the implementation of the action plan in a timely manner. As the inspectors noted, this is a violation of the requirements of the decree of the Government of the region and the terms of the agreement on the provision of a budget subsidy to the children's center. The second violation: the annual expense report for 2025 was handed over in person, but with a delay. The document, signed by the director and chief accountant in January 2026, was received by the relevant Department two working days later than the deadline. In addition, the institution did not compile and did not submit a report on the implementation of the state task for the first half of last year. This was considered a violation of the provisions on the formation of the state task and the terms of the subsidy agreement.

As a result, the auditors sent a submission to the “Christmas” address. The results of the inspection were notified by the Department of Education and the Prosecutor’s Office of the Orel region.

“MK in Orel” reminds that “Christmas” ceased to function in full force in 2006, when the emergency lost heating. Over time, repairs were made there, and the camp again takes vacationers at any time of the year.
