In the Orel region denied the fake – the alleged order of the Governor “On additional measures to ensure the readiness of high-rise and other capital construction facilities to action in the event of air threats”. Posting in the regional community was chosen as a method of disseminating a fake document.

This is supposedly an order of October 6. With reference to the appeal of the command of the volunteer detachment “BARS-Orel”, it prescribes to provide unhindered round-the-clock access to roofs, attics, technical floors and sites of residential and other capital facilities for action in the event of air threats, including protection from UAVs.

The document obliges owners, HOA, management organizations and housing cooperatives to immediately release these premises from any property that interferes with the passage, to ensure the serviceability of doors, stairs, lighting and locking devices for safe access. Also, according to the fake document, it is necessary to exclude the use of these areas for household or entertainment purposes, to ensure the availability of backup sets of keys and other means of access.

Local self-government bodies are supposedly obliged to inform owners, the Criminal Code, the HOA, the LCD about new requirements, make a list of objects with obstacles to access to roofs and technical floors and report on this work.

The regional security department, together with municipalities, is allegedly instructed to form a consolidated register of finished facilities and submit a final report to the governor.

In the community “Antifiyk | Orel region” Vkontakte write what is dangerous fake. It discredits the authorities and local governments, the governor of the region, the volunteer association “BARS-Orel”, creates panic and social tension.

With reference to the regional security Department, the source denies the information. The department says the document is fake. It was spread to cause panic and a sense of insecurity in the population.
