The supervisory authority revealed a violation committed by an individual entrepreneur. The reason for the inspection was the data of the “Honest Sign” digital marking system. The illegal trade was conducted in Orel at two addresses. This happened from June 2025 to July 2026. Buyers were sold an insectoacaricide collar, an anthelminth drug, various types of drops and other goods. Their implementation is confirmed by 1,211 cash checks.
An administrative case was initiated against the entrepreneur. The Arbitration Court of the Oryol region fined him. The amount of the financial sanction was not specified.
