In the Orel region sell the assembly hall of the former House of Culture in the village of Zhudersky

In the Orel region in the village of Zhudersky Khotynets district put up for auction a room with an area of almost 269 square meters in the former House of Culture on 9 School Street. This is a non-residential room on the first floor, which was previously used as an assembly hall.

According to the online edition “Orlovskie Novosti”, the object is in federal ownership with an estimated value of 875 thousand rubles without VAT. Ownership has been registered since 2010, and the buyer will have to pay for the premises within 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract and bear the maintenance costs.

By the way, the building is located next to the Orlov Polesier National Park and does not have the status of an object of cultural heritage or encumbrances. While the auction is only planned, there are no bidding results and final price.
