In the Orel region are trying to implement the former Treasury building

The Interregional Territorial Administration (MTU) of Rosimushchestvo in the Tula, Ryazan and Orel regions announced the sale through a public offer of federal property in the village of Kolpnyansky Kolpnyansky district of the Orel region at the address: Trade street, house No. 3.

As follows from the documentation, the property is sold in a single lot. It includes the following objects: a land plot of 825 square meters; a non-residential building - a parking lot for one vehicle with a furnace area of 48.4 square meters; a non-residential building of the Federal Treasury Department with an area of 334.9 square meters; movable property, including a diesel generator plant, boilers, split systems, gas and water meters, a fire alarm system and others.

The initial price is 3 606 500 rubles. The minimum price (cut-off price) is 1,803,250 rubles (50% of the initial). Decrease step - 360 650 rubles, sale step - 180 325 rubles, deposit size - 360 650 rubles.

Applications will be accepted until October 29, 2026. Bidding is scheduled for November 5.

According to the publication “Orelgrad”, earlier on this object has already held an auction. He was found to be a failure. The reason for this is the lack of applications.

The list includes the following: AGFA AL4217A (formerly used, in working condition). The initial price exceeds 1 million 500 thousand rubles. The auction pitch is one percent.
