The defendant during the preliminary investigation in the criminal case received 60 thousand rubles from the clients of the defendant for providing the latter with legal assistance. So he made an agreement. But the investigator investigating the criminal case did not report it. In January 2026, he filed an application for a decision to pay him remuneration from the federal budget as procedural costs. In the document, he indicated the amount of more than 37 thousand rubles. The statement contained false information about his participation in the criminal case on the appointment of the investigator.

He was fined 80,000 rubles. He will not be able to practice law for a year and a half. The sentence has not yet gone into effect.
