Draft Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus” was submitted to the House of Representatives

The Government submitted to the House of Representatives a draft law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus”. This correspondent sb.by reported in the press service of the House of Representatives.

The document provides for indexation of rates of a number of taxes established in Belarusian rubles to the forecast level of inflation, an increase in excise rates, updating the conditions for applying benefits (for VAT, income tax), special taxation regimes, adjusting the provisions of the Tax Code taking into account law enforcement practice and the requirements of legislative acts.

The lead commission on the bill is the House Standing Committee on Budget and Finance. The House of Representatives submitted a draft law “On the Republican budget for 2027”
