Residents report that at the public transport stop on Anna Zelenova Street, birch grows, which is in critical emergency condition. The appeal is posted on the portal "Our St. Petersburg".
The complaint states that the top of the tree is broken. It formed a massive cluster of branches and foliage, similar to the “witch broom”, which creates a critical load on the damaged area. The whole structure hangs directly over the approach to the stop - the carriageway, the pavement and in close proximity to road signs and the fence of Pavlovsk Park.
A tree can collapse at any moment – from the slightest gust of wind, rain or snow. This poses a direct threat to life and health of people, as well as the risk of serious damage to vehicles and urban infrastructure.
The appeal contains a request to send an emergency team to examine the tree. As well as in the shortest possible time to roll the emergency tree or remove the broken top.
The complaint must be considered by October 26. The city of Pavlovsk belongs to the Pushkin district, where the head of administration is Andrei Chapurov.
