In Penza for the repair of the yard on the Avenue Builders will allocate more than 5.6 million rubles

In Penza, they plan to put in order the courtyard territory of apartment building No. 8 on Builders Avenue. Here they are going to update the asphalt pavement, repair sidewalks and equip parking. For work from the city budget are ready to allocate more than 5.6 million rubles.

The corresponding purchase was placed by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the city of Penza. The initial cost of the contract is 5,633,973.44 rubles. The contractor will be determined by requesting quotations in electronic form, the results of which are planned to be summed up on October 16, 2026.

According to the technical task, the main work will affect the roadway of the yard. The contractor will remove the old top layer of asphalt on an area of 1,227 square meters, carry out the necessary preparatory work and lay a new coating with a thickness of five centimeters.

In addition, a gravel base for parking is provided. To do this, it is planned to prepare a plot of 502 square meters and sprinkle it with a crushed layer of 15 centimeters.

Also, 164 linear meters of road curbs will be replaced in the yard, a hole repair will be carried out on an area of 245.4 square meters, two observation hatches and one rain grate will be brought to a standard state.

Special attention will be paid to the pedestrian zone. On a plot of 126 square meters, the old asphalt covering is dismantled and a new one is laid. In addition, 90 linear meters of pavement curbs will be replaced.

After completion of the main works, the contractor will have to restore the lawn on an area of 136.33 square meters. In the same area provided for the strengthening of the side of the rubble.

The repair is financed from the Penza budget. According to the terms of the procurement, the work must be performed in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until November 10, 2026 inclusive.
