In Penza opened a memorial “In the name of life”

In the Krivozerye microdistrict, a new memorial was solemnly opened. The monument, titled “In the Name of Life”, is dedicated to soldiers participating in a special military operation. It was installed next to the temple of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir.

The Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko in his Telegram channel expressed gratitude to all involved in the creation of the monument. Words of gratitude were received by architects, artists, clergy, entrepreneurs and the Foundation “We do not abandon our own”.

The head of the region stressed that the fighters on the front lines are creating the latest history of the country. To preserve the memory of their heroism is our direct duty to our descendants. Oleg Melnichenko noted that the sculpture symbolizes the readiness of soldiers to make sacrifices for the sake of the brightest and most holy ideals.
