In Penza, the guards detained a bar visitor who refused to pay the bill for 1 895 rubles

Employees of the extradepartmental security Department of Regardie in the Penza region detained an 18-year-old young man who did not pay the bill in the bar on the street Moskovskaya. At about three o'clock in the morning, the central surveillance center received an alarm from the entertainment establishment. On the spot, the administrator of the bar told law enforcement officers that the visitor refused to pay the bill in the amount of 1 895 rubles.

During the preventive conversation, the young man explained that he was resting in the institution with a girl who ordered food and drinks, and then went out and did not return. He said he had not known her before. External signs indicated alcohol intoxication. Since the citizen refused to pay the bill, the Rosgvardeis took him to the police department for further investigation.
