More than 460 residents of Penza region participated in a large-scale cultural event

More than 460 residents of the Penza region participated in a large-scale cultural event. Among the guests are students of children's art schools, students and teachers of colleges. The initiative was supported by Governor Oleg Melnichenko.
Famous Russian masters came to the region. Creative laboratories were deployed at four sites of specialized educational institutions. The program was rich: four creative meetings and sixteen personal master classes were held.
The project, titled “Cultural figures for young talents of Russia”, started in 2026. It was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the National Fund for the Development of Culture and the Protection of Intellectual Property.
The main task is to support art education in the outback and give young talents an incentive to grow. The initiative continues the work of the legendary New Movement, bringing high art to small towns and villages.
Such meetings prove that direct contact with professionals helps aspiring creators to reach their potential. Thanks to the coordinated work of the federal and regional authorities, as well as the support of the Foundation, master classes in the Penza region are held regularly. This preserves the continuity of traditions and strengthens the common cultural space of the country.
