In the Penza region for nine months overhauled 208 apartment buildings

In the Penza region for nine months of 2026 completed the overhaul of 208 apartment buildings. Works included renovation of roofs, facades, foundations, engineering communications and replacement of elevator equipment.

In particular, the roofs were repaired in 62 houses, the facades were updated in 79, and the foundations were put in order in 84 buildings.

In addition, in 27 apartment buildings overhauled intra-house engineering networks.

Special attention was paid to the upgrade of elevator equipment. During the reporting period, 74 elevators were replaced in 23 houses.

At present, major renovations are underway in another 59 apartment buildings in the region. At the same time, contractors are selected to perform work at the following facilities.

The implementation of the overhaul program is aimed at maintaining the housing stock of the Penza region in proper condition, extending the life of buildings and improving the living conditions of citizens.
