In St. Petersburg, 23% of homes were not ready for winter

The State Housing Inspectorate conducted large-scale inspections in the houses of the city in preparation for the heating season 2026/2027. 23% of the buildings tested are not ready for winter. This was reported in the press service of the department.
In total, experts checked 3800 apartment buildings. 876 of them found violations: about 23% of the total. The total number of violations was 1,718. Most often, malfunctions were found in basements, at heat points and at the thermal circuit of buildings.
Most often violations were found in the Central and Nevsky districts - 584 and 118, respectively. All of them were soon eliminated, work on preparing for the winter continues.
