On Bogatyrsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, patrol officers noticed a man who became nervous when he saw them. After that, the man got into the car and tried to leave, forcing the police to pursue the suspicious and nervous person.
During the trip, the driver ignored light and audible signals and demands to stop, increased speed and posed a threat to other participants in the movement. At the house No. 31 on Korolev Avenue, one of the employees fired a warning shot up from a service weapon, hoping thereby to stop the car. The car did brake, but the driver decided to try to escape.
The man managed to catch at the house No. 36, building 2 on Komfandantsky Prospekt. The suspect was a 22-year-old citizen from Central Asia who is in Russia illegally.
The foreigner was taken to the police. He was issued protocols on several administrative articles, including non-compliance with traffic rules, disobedience to police requirements and migration violations. The foreigner was placed in a special detention center for detainees.
