Since the beginning of 2026, St. Petersburg bailiffs sent almost 6.5 thousand migrants to Pulkovo. All of them violated the rules of stay in Russia and were expelled by court order. This was reported to the GUFSSP in St. Petersburg.
Most often among the violators were citizens of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. This year, people from Algeria, Guinea, Bangladesh, Brazil, the Philippines, Jordan, Germany, Israel, Canada and the United States were also sent home.
All of them violated the rules of entry or residence in Russia. The court found them guilty under article 18.8 of the administrative code. Now they will not be able to come to Russia again for five years.
For comparison, a year ago, a little more than 6 thousand people were expelled during the same period.
We will remind, in early October in St. Petersburg was the operation “Illegal-2026”. Transport police made 25 reports on migrants who violated the terms of stay. They face a fine of up to 7 thousand rubles and expulsion from Russia.
