In particular, the documents did not show the consent of the parents to this vaccination and records of the admission of the doctor to vaccination with this drug. At the same time, consent and admission were issued for another vaccination - the vaccine of another drug.
In addition, the information about the vaccination against hepatitis B was not entered in the appropriate register, although the clinic confirmed that the vaccination was carried out. Roszdravnadzor also pointed to inaccurate or irrelevant information about the position of one of the employees in the federal system of medical personnel.
