No public space opened in St. Petersburg in 2026

In 2026, not a single new commercial public space was opened in St. Petersburg, although over the previous three years the market was replenished with five objects - Factory, SENO, Levashov Bread Plant, PBX on Nekrasov and Manufactory 10/12. This is reported by DP.

Until the end of the year, "Sreda" and "Bryulloft" may partially open, and for 2027, "Alloy", "Avenue on Karpovka" and the first stage of the Flex quarter in the buildings of the Vavilov GoI are announced. However, experts do not believe that the format is beginning to exhaust itself: public space is a complex product that requires renovation, concept and anchor tenants.

There is no shortage of premises, so the competition for the tenant is growing. In the next five years, nine more creative clusters are announced in the city - these are Crosses, Stable Department and Flex.
