According to the published document, the inspectorate was informed of non-compliance with the mandatory requirements of security monitoring. On this basis, together with interdepartmental structures, there were signs of violations of mandatory requirements in the field of improvement.
The customer of the works – the Directorate of Transport Construction received permission to repair the coating in the city of Peterhof, Utah Bondarovskaya Street from Louisiana Street to the passage in the Suvorov town, as well as Parkovaya Street near the house 14. After the construction works, the improvement facilities were not restored.
It is indicated that on Louisiana Street poorly restored asphalt on the road and did not apply markings. After major repairs on Utah Street, Bondarovskaya was not removed or restored as indicated in the plan. Also, asphalt was not restored on the sidewalks around the fences. Installed devices for traffic control do not correspond to the plan of their location.
This information indicates the presence of signs of an administrative offense, on the basis of which the inspection issued a warning.
The Directorate of Transport Construction is Mikhail Ovchinnikov. The institution acts as a defendant in 38 arbitration proceedings for a total amount of 4.1 billion rubles.
