Large-scale renewal of the road network is completed in Petrozavodsk: the results of the summer season

Mayor of the Karelian capital Inna Kolykhmatova reported on the progress of road works implemented under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. During the summer period, the contractor “Kondopoga DRSU” put in order nine city facilities.

List of updated sites: Gogol Street: the roadway has been completely replaced, which has increased the level of safety for all road users. Heikkonen Street: here not only laid fresh asphalt, but also equipped comfortable sidewalks, creating a comfortable pedestrian zone. P. Alexander Nevsky: on the segment from the street. Rigachin to Komsomolsky Prospekt carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of the roadway and related infrastructure. Lososinskoe highway: on the section between High-altitude Avenue and the Drevlyansky Ring, the road surface has been updated, sidewalks and stopping areas have been repaired. Forest Avenue: asphalting is completed on the segment from the Upper Chapaevsky Ring to Syktyvkarskaya Street. • Chapaeva Street and Lower Chapaevskoye Ring: work on these facilities has already been accepted.

In addition, the laying of asphalt continues on the Upper Chapaevsky Ring and on the section of Key Street (from the railway crossing to Repnikova Street), where milling was previously carried out.
