Changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Pinsky district of the Brest region were made by the decision of the regional council of deputies of September 25 No. 210. The regulatory legal act is posted on the National Legal Internet Portal, writes sb.by.

In particular, Kallaurovichi and Merchitsky village councils were abolished. Duboisky and Molotkovichi village councils are united.
The document changed the borders of 19 village councils. Thus, the composition of the Borychevichi and Gorodishchensky village councils includes parts of the lands excluded from the Kallaurovichi village council with villages located on them. Goltsy, Kallaurovichi, Kachanovichi, Specialovichi, Porostsy - in the composition of Borichevichsky, Kudrichi, Ploshchevo - Gorodishchensky.
The lands of the abolished Merchitsky village council with located villages are included in the composition of Porechsky (Velesnitsa, Rudka) and Stavok village councils (Bastychi, Lisyatychi, Masevichi, Merchitsa, Sinin, Tverdovka).
The decision was made on the basis of the Law “On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus”. The document enters into force after its official publication.
