According to investigators, on August 12, the accused in a state of alcoholic intoxication in the garage near the house during a conflict with his partner, wanting to kill her, knocked the woman to the floor and began to strangle. She passed out. His actions were stopped by eyewitnesses.
The accused is in custody. He refused to testify, using Article 51 of the Russian Constitution.
The criminal case was sent to the Vinogradovsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
