Within the walls of the Protvinsk city hospital, the first meeting of residents with the new chief doctor of the Serpukhov hospital Ruslan Ibragimov took place. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, the main purpose of which was to discuss topical issues of medical care and the development of the institution.
Ruslan Ibragimov noted that such meetings with the population will now become regular. According to him, direct contact with residents is an important tool to improve the quality of the hospital.
“The purpose of the meetings was to listen to the opinion of citizens about the work of our medical institution, our hospital, to get feedback from the residents of the city of Protvino,” said the chief physician.
During the meeting, residents were able to ask them questions. The main topics touched upon at the event concerned the fate and prospects for the development of the Protvinsk hospital, the quality of medical care, as well as the staff and the availability of narrow specialists.
Concluding the meeting, Ruslan Ibragimov expressed hope that the dialogue turned out constructive: “I hope we answered all the questions and the residents will be satisfied.”.
