In Pskov, the gasman paid 900 thousand rubles fine after the intervention of bailiffs

Employees of the interdistrict department of bailiffs of Pskov recovered a large criminal fine from the head of the group of one of the gas supplying organizations in the region.

According to the investigation, the man violated the law for personal gain, assisting in the illegal removal of the seal from the valve on the gas pipeline. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 900,000 rubles, and deprived him of the right to hold managerial and administrative positions in the field of gas supply for a period of 4 years.

Initially, the convict was in no hurry to pay. However, after bailiff Andrei Gulin personally notified him of the initiation of enforcement proceedings and explained that failure to pay the fine on time threatens to replace the punishment with a more severe one, the man fully repaid the debt.
