In the Pskov region will be scheduled inspection of warning systems

On October 9, a comprehensive inspection of the regional public warning system (RSES) will be held in the Pskov region. According to the Governor of the region Mikhail Vedernikov, the event is held within the framework of the all-Russian practice, which is implemented twice a year.

From 10:30 to 10:40 will be included street sirens and siren-speech installations. First, the signal will sound “Attention everyone!”, and then the voice message will follow: “Technical check”.

At 10:43, the test message “Technical Verification” will be broadcast on the TV channels of the first multiplex, as well as radio stations “Radio of Russia” and “Mayak”.

The authorities urge residents to take sound signals and messages on the air calmly: this is a routine testing of equipment, there is no threat or emergency.
