In the Pskov region held competitions for shooting from service weapons among police officers

On the eve of the Day of the employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and the memorable date dedicated to police lieutenant Sergei Shmotkin, departmental competitions in shooting from a Makarov pistol were held at the training shooting range near the village of Vaulino.
More than 50 people representing 18 teams took part in the competitions. Following the results of a tense struggle in the team standings, the staff of the Center for Professional Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region won. The second place was taken by the team of a separate specialized company DPS, the third – the team of the Department for work with personnel.
The event is aimed at maintaining a high level of fire training of personnel and preserving the memory of employees who died in the line of duty.
