Since the beginning of the year, five minors have been prosecuted for driving vehicles and ten children under the age of 16 have been denied prosecution. Also, two parents were fined 30 thousand rubles each for the transfer of control to children without rights.

On October 24, there was a serious accident involving a minor. The driver of 2014 was born on a pitbike without a license plate collided with a Volkswagen Jetta car. As a result of the accident, the driver and passenger of the pitbike were taken to a medical institution with injuries. A criminal case has been opened.

All materials on the facts of child transport management were sent to the commission on juvenile affairs. Law enforcers urge parents to completely exclude the admission of children to drive vehicles.
