In the Rostov region at a reduced price sell property "Poultry farm Belokalitvinskaya"

In the Rostov region for sale at a reduced price put up the property of JSC Poultry Factory Belokalitvinskaya. The initial cost of the lot was 671.5 million rubles. The announcement of the auction appeared on the website of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information (Fedresurs).

Land plots, livestock infrastructure and vehicles were put up for auction. This is not the first attempt to sell the poultry farm. The previous auction, scheduled for August 2026 with an initial price of 746 million rubles, was declared invalid due to the lack of applications. After that, the price was reduced by 75 million rubles.

You can take part in the competition and apply until November 26 this year.

Recall that JSC “Belokalitvinskaya Poultry Factory” faced serious financial difficulties. At the end of 2025, a bankruptcy petition was filed due to a debt exceeding 20 million rubles. In March 2026, the court officially declared the company bankrupt. Financial statements for 2025 showed a net loss of 481.9 million rubles with revenue of 649.8 million rubles.
