In Ryazan, 10 hectares of land in Khambushev will be transferred to commercial development

In Ryazan, draft amendments to the Rules of Land Use and Development were prepared. A plot of 102,300 square meters in the Hambushevo district is being moved from the urban forest zone to the business and commercial zone.

The corresponding decree of the city administration has been officially published.

Changes are being prepared for the rational use of the land. Proposals for the project are accepted by the land use commission until November 7.
