On the night of October 7, near the Nikolo-Yamsky temple in Ryazan, a monument to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker was erected. This was reported by the rector of the temple Dmitry Fetisov.
For participation in the project, he thanked the head of the region Pavel Malkov, Deputy Chairman of the regional government Natalia Suvorova and the head of the city administration Boris Yasinsky.
The date and time of the solemn consecration of the monument will be announced additionally.
“We still have improvement of the entire southern part of the parish territory ahead,” Dmitry Fetisov said.
