Since the beginning of 2026 in Ryazan, 29 violators have been prosecuted for earthworks in the public area without the appropriate permission. This was reported in the press service of the city administration.
The total amount of fines imposed amounted to 507 thousand rubles.
The mayor's office reminded that excavation without permission entails the imposition of an administrative fine for citizens in the amount of up to five thousand rubles; for officials - up to 15 thousand rubles; for legal entities - up to 250 thousand rubles.
