In Ryazan, the court confirmed the legality of the 10-year ban on entry of a foreigner
In Ryazan refused to satisfy the administrative claim of a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and the district police department

In Ryazan, he refused to satisfy the administrative claim of a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and the district police department. This was reported in the press service of the Soviet district court.
The foreigner tried to challenge the decision not to allow him to enter the Russian Federation for a period of ten years. The restriction was imposed on the basis of repeated bringing a citizen to administrative responsibility in the form of expulsion from the Russian Federation.
In court, the representative of the plaintiff argued that the decision is disproportionate to the acts and violates his family life, since from 2024 he is married to a Russian citizen and raises her minor children. The court pointed out that the existence of a registered marriage was not an unconditional ground for declaring the prohibition illegal. Evidence of payment of taxes or possession of property in Russia, confirming a strong connection with the country, the plaintiff was not presented.
The court concluded that the contested decision is an adequate measure of state response, complies with international law and does not violate the rights of the administrative plaintiff. As a result of the consideration of the case, the claim was denied.
The court decision has not entered into legal force.
