In the Ryazan region harvest late agricultural crops

Ryazan agricultural enterprises and farmers are engaged in the collection of late agricultural crops, the press service of the regional government reported.

It is noted that at the moment in the region received 293 thousand tons of soybeans (91% of the area), 140 thousand tons of sunflower oil seeds (79%), 229 thousand tons of rapeseed oil (92%) and 130 thousand tons of corn grain (34%). Open ground vegetables are currently being harvested.

In 2026, Ryazan farmers threshed 2 million 326 thousand tons of wheat, peas, rye, barley, sheep and buckwheat. The harvesting of sugar beets and potatoes is also completed.

Among other things, 518 thousand tons of silage, 63 thousand tons of hay and 839 thousand tons of silage were harvested. The harvesting of corn silage continues.
