In Ryazan school No. 1 was a tasting of the school menu

In Ryazan school No1 named after Ekimetskaya, a tasting of dishes prepared by the enterprise "Children's Nutrition" took place. The event was attended by representatives of the administration, teachers, parents and schoolchildren themselves. This was reported on October 13 in the press service of the city hall.

Several menu options were prepared for the guests. Participants tried millet porridge with pumpkin puree, green chicks on chicken broth, cottage cheese casserole with jam and a new position - mashed potatoes with baked fish. From the drinks was presented Ivan-tea, and for afternoon – apples, juice, puree and yogurt.

Each dish was prepared in strict accordance with sanitary norms and technological standards. After the tasting, the participants assessed the menu, shared their impressions and filled out questionnaires for technologists.
