In Salekhard, college students met the future employer

In Salekhard, students of the Yamal Multidisciplinary College met with potential employers – a chain coffee shop, which is preparing to launch. The institution recruits cooks and pastry chefs, said the head of the city Alexei Titovsky.

Such events help students learn about working conditions, get acquainted with the team, production technology and think about employment.

The College trains specialists in the field of catering in the areas of “cooking” and “confectionery” since the last academic year. The release is scheduled for 2028.

The development of tourism and services in Yamal is one of the priorities of our Governor Dmitry Artyukhov. We will continue to acquaint students with potential employers, Titovsky said.

By the end of the year, four catering points are planned to open in Salekhard. This will create 22 new jobs in the city.
