Heads of management companies of Samara will have to pass the qualification exam on the updated list of issues.

The Ministry of Construction of Russia initiated the preparation of the corresponding order after the Prosecutor General’s Office revealed a number of legislative inconsistencies during the anti-corruption examination.

These changes were officially announced by the regional Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services.

Adjustments will affect three specific positions in the test task for applicants for senior positions.

Question number forty on the functions of the emergency dispatching service will be presented in a new edition, clarifying the procedure for informing local authorities and controlling the applications of owners. The one-hundred-twentieth paragraph on the subject of state housing supervision will bring it into full compliance with current requirements in the field of energy saving and gas supply.

One hundred and ninety-one questions will be completely excluded from the test base. The reason lies in the loss of legal force of the mentioned sanitary rules in 2021.

For successful certification, candidates must be given a minimum of 85 correct answers out of 100, which take exactly two hours to complete.
