According to information about the auction, the readiness of the building is 75%, and its area is indicated at the level of 851 “squares”. At the same time, no construction permit was issued, and the site under the object remains in municipal ownership. There are also restrictions on registration activities.

Nedostroy is associated with CJSC "SV", specializing in wholesale trade of electrical goods. The company has accumulated debts: 143 enforcement proceedings were opened against it for a total of about 12 million rubles.

Applications from participants are accepted at the RTS tender site until October 30, 2026. The auction itself is due to take place on November 6. Whether an unusual object will become a profitable investment or scare off potential investors with legal risks will be clear after the auction.
