In Saratov, 27 high-tech stop pavilions were installed. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Transport Saratov”.

Work on the installation of facilities, performed by the contractor, cost the budget in the amount of over 22 million rubles. In the Leninsky district of the city placed 17 such structures, and in Kirov — 10. Each point is equipped with benches, urns, lighting fixtures, as well as modules for emergency communication and sound alert. Additionally, USB ports are provided for charging smartphones.

Part of the pavilions is equipped with electronic panels broadcasting the time and date. These devices are integrated into the state system for monitoring passenger transport, which operates on the principle of stops of tram routes No. 3, 6, 8 and 9d. The project is aimed at increasing the comfort of waiting for citizens.
