In the Saratov region put in order 835 sections of rural roads

In the Resurrection district of the Saratov region, the road season has ended: all 50 facilities planned for this year have been commissioned. The total length of the updated sections was 10.7 km. The quality of the work was assessed by representatives of the regional Ministry of Road Management and journalists during the press visit.

In the village of Voskresenskoye new asphalt and gravel surface appeared on 11 streets, including streets named after Hero of the Soviet Union VG Klochkov, Karl Marx, Michurin and 40 years of October.

The locals are happy with the change. A resident of Moscow street Lyubov Borzova said that now trips to the store by bicycle and walks with grandchildren have become much more comfortable.

In the village of Elshanka, the road surface was updated in key areas: Pochtova Street (leading to the temple) was paved, as well as a section of the road from Sovetskaya Street to Gazovikov Street (the route to the school and kindergarten).

The head of the Elshan Ministry of Defense, Ravila Akchurina, stressed the importance of the repair, noting that more than 300 children are studying at the school. “We bring children from nearby villages, where there are no 10-11 grades in schools,” the head of the municipal education said.

The repair was carried out under the regional program initiated by the Governor of the Saratov region Roman Busargin. In 2026, 1.34 billion rubles were allocated for the renovation of rural roads in the region. 835 sections of rural roads have been repaired in the region.
