According to law enforcement officers, the suspect was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. Near one of the houses, he noticed a car whose doors were not locked, and the key was in the ignition lock. The man took advantage of the situation: he started the car and left.
He later made his way to the garden camaraderie, where he left the car and fell asleep in the cabin. The vehicle was noticed by passers-by and reported to the police. Employees of the department arrived at the scene and detained the attacker. A criminal case has been opened. In relation to the defendant, a preventive measure was chosen - a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
