In Serpukhov discussed the start of the heating season
In the city district Serpukhov continues the launch of the heating season — the issue is under special control of the authorities.

At the weekly meeting, the head of the district, Alexei Shimko, together with the heads of management companies, analyzed the progress of work in detail and outlined priority tasks.
The start of heat supply to apartment buildings and social facilities was given on October 1. According to the data presented at the meeting, at the moment, heating has already arrived in 1661 houses, another 99 houses remain in the area of active work. Aleksey Shimko set a clear task - to complete the connection of all houses by October 8, so that the heat came to each apartment without exception. Monitoring the implementation of this order remains at the special attention of the administration.
An equally important topic of the meeting was the appeals of residents. Serpukhovichi most often signal flooding of basements and problems with the condition of the roof. The head of the district instructed management companies to respond to such applications as quickly as possible. Of particular importance is the elimination of identified defects before the start of the rainy season – this will avoid aggravation of the situation and additional risks for residents.
In parallel, the district is introducing digital tools to improve the efficiency of communal work. The connection of management companies to the Yandex Vector platform continues. Its functionality allows you to track the work of utilities, janitors and special equipment on the map in real time. This approach helps to quickly capture emerging problems and direct resources to address them. In the future, it is planned to expand the staff of specialized specialists - this measure is necessary to promptly respond to the requests of citizens until the situation is fully stabilized.
Until the heating process is fully debugged, the dispatch service operates around the clock. If you have questions, residents can contact by phone: 8 (4967) 39 90 55 and 8 (925) 085 31 93.
