In addition, 650 agricultural organizations and 225 food industry enterprises are involved.

For eight months of 2026, Ryazan agricultural organizations produced 96 thousand tons of livestock and poultry, as well as 444,000 tons of milk for slaughter. By September 1, 16 million centners of grain and legumes were harvested.

During the same period, the food industry produced 46 thousand tons of meat and various meat products, 78 thousand tons of cheese, sour-milk and dairy products, 149 thousand tons of flour and 72 thousand tons of flour products.
