The police of the Kostroma region detained in Sharya a foreign citizen who violated the law in order to return to his ex-wife. A man born in 1984, a native of Moldova, was deported from Russia in the spring of 2026. He was denied entry to the country for five years, but operative information confirmed his secret return.
Police found the offender in his old apartment. Asked about the reasons for the return, the detainee explained that attempts to legalize in other states were unsuccessful. For violation of the regime of stay and illegal crossing of the border, the man faces criminal prosecution. Until the decision of the court, he will be in a specialized center for foreign citizens.
