In Shuya, the court fined a local resident for fictitious registration of a migrant

Shuysk city court has convicted a 35-year-old resident of the city. The woman was found guilty of fictitious registration of a foreign citizen (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code).

In August, the woman, responding to the request of a citizen of one of the Transcaucasian republics, submitted documents to the MFC.

She knew that the foreigner would not live in her apartment, and the purpose was only to formalize the paperwork for the migration service. This made it impossible for the police to control the location of the foreigner.

The defendant fully admitted guilt. The court took into account mitigating circumstances: the presence of young children, remorse, as well as the fact that the woman assisted relatives and participants of the SVO. As a result, a penalty in the form of a fine was imposed. The sentence has not entered into force.
